1. Chinese Style—The Curve that Derives from Nature
By utilizing the curve of a plant following the traditional Chinese image of a
prosperous lotus for her vivid curve, it exudes life. As the cantilever structural
system, also reflects the effect of a Chinese roof.
2. Bring Sunlight into Every Corner of the Building Enlivens the Space
By bringing sunlight into the courtyard it redefines the image of the service core
from Western architecture. When the sunlight hits the building, it seems that the light
beam is playing within a space. This makes the space vivid and boundary-less.
3. The Verticality of Garden Office
This so-called vertical garden office is a major concept in the project. The space becomes a whole, as each terrace changes from one to another, as the floors go up. Because of this mutual relationship between each open space, it creates the new office image
